Terms and Conditions

In these terms and condition, "SRT" refers to Singapore Repertory Theatre, including any and/or all of its authorised representatives, agents, and/or employees. All tickets, e-tickets, vouchers, memberships and packages are referred to as "Tickets". Performances, plays, workshops, festivals and other events are referred to as "Events". Spaces where the events are held are referred to as "Venues". Ticketing agents including but not limited to BookMyShow are referred to as "Agents". These terms and conditions shall apply to all persons at the Venues, including but not limited to holders of Tickets to Events to be held at the Venues. SRT, Agents and Venues are entitled to rely upon and enforce these terms and conditions.

1. All tickets will be sold by Agents, on behalf of SRT.

2. By purchasing Tickets, you agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons for whom you are purchasing Tickets or who will be holding Tickets purchased by you to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and be jointly bound with the Agent's Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

3. SRT may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the Events, or deny access to the Venues, due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.

4. SRT, Agents and Venues shall not be liable for any death or personal injury or any loss, damage, expense or liability, however caused in respect of, or in connection with the Events, or by SRT, or occurring at the Venues, including any failure, delays, postponements, cancellations, defects, mishaps, accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, weather and other adverse events and conditions in relation to the Events or the Venue.

5. Tickets sold are non-refundable, except for when any Event has been cancelled without postponement by SRT. Refunds are not applicable to postponed Events, or Events that have been interrupted or otherwise stopped mid-Event. Refunds will be made only to the person who purchased the relevant Ticket and shall be made are subject to the return of the original Ticket and evidence of purchase. Refunds may be administered directly by SRT or by the Agent.

6. No exchange of Tickets will be made and Tickets are not transferable and may not be resold, nor redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose, without the prior written consent of SRT. Agents and SRT each reserves the right to cancel any Tickets that have been transferred or resold or redistributed or otherwise used without the prior written consent of SRT, and to deny any such Ticket holder entry.

7. Age, height and other entry restrictions at the Venues and/or in publicity materials apply and no refunds will be made for ignorance of restrictions. Infants in arms or children without Tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated in publicity material.

8. SRT reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission / evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate,

9. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during shows, performances and screenings unless otherwise stated by SRT.

10. The Ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, drugs, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

11. The Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Events whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to provision of the Events, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

12. The Ticket holder shall abide by the entry conditions which may be found at the Venue, and other terms and conditions displayed at SRT, Agents and Venues websites.
