Safety Guidelines
I am fully vaccinated. What must I bring to the venue(s)?
(a) TraceTogether/HealthHub app or TraceTogether token to show proof of vaccination status; AND
(b) Your e-ticket for the performance.
What does it mean to be fully vaccinated?
Full vaccination refers to:
- having received the appropriate regimen of World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccines including their respective duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective, and had their vaccination records ingested in MOH’s national IT systems
- recovery from a COVID-19 infection within the last 180 days

Where can I find my vaccination status?
- Your vaccination status is displayed in your TraceTogether and HealthHub apps.
- You can find your vaccination status on the home page of the TraceTogether app and the ‘COVID-19 Records’ section of the HealthHub app.
- On the day of your event, please bring your mobile device with the updated TraceTogether app to show proof of vaccination. If you do not have a mobile device, please bring along your working TraceTogether token and/or vaccination card.
What should I do if I’m unwell?
As recommended by the Ministry of Health, please avoid attending live events if you are unwell.
If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, breathlessness, please see a doctor and follow the guidelines as listed in Ministry of Health’s website (here).
